Аннотация

22 октября (2 ноября) 1721 г. по итогам Северной войны и по прошению Сената и Синода русский царь Петр I принял титулы Императора Всероссийского и Отца Отечества. Принято считать, что с принятием Петром I императорского титула, Россия превратилась из царства в империю,и начался её имперский период истории. Существует мнение, что в ХХ в. правопреемником этой империи стал Советский Союз, а в настоящее время носителем этой традиции является Российская Федерация. 4 июня 2021 года в Ростове-на-Дону состоялся Круглый стол – «Геополитические, социально-культурные, элитологические аспекты формирования, деградации и возрождения имперских интенций» в рамках Всероссийской научной практической очно/заочной онлайн конференции «К 300-ЛЕТИЮ РОССИЙСКОЙ ИМПЕРИИ: ЭЛИТЫ И МИР ВЫСОКИХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ (PRO ET CONTRA)». На круглом столе были рассмотрены следующие актуальные проблемы и вопросы: глава государства и управленческая элита; опыт подготовки кадров для управленческой элиты в XIX – начале XX в.; роль политической, управленческой (бюрократической), военной, финансовой и интеллектуальной элиты в истории России XVII-XX вв.; критерии оценки качества политической элиты и политических лидеров; региональные элиты современной России; элиты и лидерство: российская специфика; элитократия как феномен современной политической реальности; и многие другие. В настоящей публикации даётся лишь предварительный ознакомительный материал, ознакомится с полным содержанием докладов возможно через опубликованный сборник материалов круглого стола.
