Аннотация
В современном мире проблематика исследований транснациональных корпораций (ТНК) остается одной из актуальных задач. В новых реалиях международной кооперации традиционная интернационализация товарных (ресурсных) потоков расширяется глобальным транснациональным движением капитала, масштабы накопленных геоэкономических ресурсов создают новое геофинансовое пространство. Нарождающиеся новые мирохозяйственный и технологический уклады размывают национальные границы, транснациональные корпорации трансформируются в «глобальный» сегмент мировой геополитики и геоэкономики, возрождая имперские амбиции крупных ТНК. Процесс интернационализации сопровождается нарастанием мощи и влияния транснациональных компаний из развивающихся стран мира (ТНК РС), повышающих международную конкуренцию за разнообразные ресурсы и их потоки.
Достижение глобального доминирования практически во всех сферах жизнедеятельности позволяет также рассматриватьтранснациональные компании и их элиты в качестве важнейших негосударственных акторов мировой политической системы, обеспечивая высокую скорость и обширную географию интернационализации, а также склонность к «экспорту демократии» и инвестированию в страны с высоким уровнем политического риска. В результате создаются суперновые информационные сетевые пространства, формируется виртуальный геополитический мир и «новыеобщие ценности», как принципиально новый способ достижения успехов в мировой политике и экономике.
