Аннотация
Ближний Восток, сохраняя свой высокий конфликтный потенциал, представляет собой важный исследовательский объект для выявления особенностей протекания в нем политических процессов. В ситуации активных региональных преобразований и глобальной неопределенности большое значение имеет фиксация параметров архитектуры власти в ближневосточных странах, включая формулирование специфики выстраивания системы политических элит в конкретных государствах рассматриваемой территории. В настоящей статье авторы, основываясь на различных теоретических подходах к исследованию элит, предпринимают попытку проанализировать диаспоральный фактор в формировании иерархии политических элит в государствах Ближнего Востока на примере Иордании. С учетом характеристик Хашимитского королевства установлено, что структура его политических элит усложняется различными предпосылками исторического, административного, этноконфессионального свойства и включает в себя представителей некоторых диаспор, которые при этом составляют незначительную часть населения страны. Одной из таких диаспор, чьи представители занимают видное место в иерархии политических элит Иордании, является чеченская. Исходя из этого, ее исследование имеет, как научную, так и практическую значимость. Элитологический анализ данной работы состоит в выявлении факторов, обосновывающих высокий статус чеченской диаспоры в Иордании.
