Аннотация
Уже второе столетие роль транснациональные корпоративные элиты (ТНК-элиты) влияют не на только темпы и векторы развития экономики ведущих стран мира, но и существенно влияют на развитие международных отношений, определяя время и место мелких финансовых конфликтов и крупных военно-политических кризисов. В настоящее время элиты транснациональных компаний (Multinational corporation) прочно ассоциируются с глобализмом и империализмом. Их роль носит противоречивый характер и неоднозначные оценки. История взаимоотношений российского государства с крупными финансовыми мировыми центрами насчитывает не одно столетие. На конкретном примере – российской истории начала ХХ в. – мы намерены высветить наиболее значимые черты, характерные для подобного рода «сотрудничества».
Для царского правительства использование иностранного капитала было вынужденной мерой. Деятельность транснациональных финансовых и экономических элит в это время уже начали постепенно приобретать глобальный характер. Причем, как и в наше время и тогда они были далеки от идей справедливости и пацифизма (Falk, 1999; Мовсесян & Огнивцев, 1999; Владимирова, 2001; Keane, 2003). Как и тогда, мы и сейчас далеки от идеализации этой формы капитала и прекрасно осведомлены о тех нравах и традициях, которые существовали и продолжают существовать в этой специфической корпорации элит.
