Аннотация

В работе автор актуализирует проблему качественной трансформации современных политических элит, прежде всего западного мира. Исследования качественных показателей современных политических элит определяющим образом связаны с типом политической культуры, придающим векторную направленность поведению и характеру профессиональной деятельности элитных кругов. Значительное место в работе уделяется теоретико-методологических основаниям общей теории политической культуры и ее классификационным основаниям, фиксирует тенденцию возникновения "когнитивного диссонанса" и смещение либерально-ценностных установок в сложившихся исходных характеристиках социокультурного облика у политических акторов в современных глобализирующихся условиях. Опираясь на междисциплинарный подход, автор исследуются переменные величины политической культуры современных элит, фиксирует увеличение количества пропагандистских приемов и манипулятивных информационно-коммуникативных практик. Конкурентное взаимодействие элитных групп из реального сектора политики постепенно перемещается в сферу рейтингов, часто имеющих ангажированный и конъюнктурный характер. Делается вывод, о том, что идея, трансатлантического единства, носителем которой выступают элитные круги, постепенно трансформировалась в более свободное и независимое образование, основанное в большей степени на культурной и исторической общности, где происходит острая борьба за главенство между Великобританией, ЕС и претендующих на гегемонию США. Фиксируемые противоречия и рассогласования в элитной среде, по поводу ориентиров дальнейшего развития, особенно заметны на фоне нарастающих кризисных явлений, значительно обострившихся в условиях распространения пандемии COVID–19, которые мы наблюдаем в настоящее время.
