Аннотация
Проблематика изучения феномена элит является одной из приоритетных задач научных исследований. Фактор глобализации оказывает достаточно противоречивое и порой взаимоисключающее воздействие на ключевые процессы современного элитогенеза на национальном и наднациональном уровнях. Новые подходы к переустройству мирохозяйственного порядка сопровождаются трансформационными преобразованиями планетарного, многомерного пространства, включая транснациональные корпорации и их элиты. Особый интерес вызывает анализ ситуации и поведение на международной арене лидеров и сторонников «западной гегемонии», которые демонстрируют активизацию деятельности суперэлит как особого симбиоза политических и экономических наднациональных элит.
Целью настоящей статьи является исследование отдельных тенденций образования глобального элитарного слоя, который может рассматриваться как с формально-концептуальных (политических), так и геоэкономических позиций.
На основе использования отечественных и зарубежных источников представлены некоторые сравнительные оценки различных типов элит и характеристик их элитного качества. Контуры указанных измерений отличаются историческими процессами, типологией государств и состоянием современных национальных элит. Анализ выявленных особенностей и закономерностей способствует накоплению знаний и углублению научно-прикладных исследований в области элитологии, понимания роли и значимости глобальных элит в современном мире.
