Аннотация
В статье исследованы корни растущего раскола между глобальным Севером и глобальным Югом. Этот раскол обозначил себя в публичном пространстве после появления «фактора Украины» в момент начала российской СВО. Однако, как показывают авторы, корни недоверия были заложены до российско-украинского конфликта февраля 2022г. Авторы исследуют «до-февральские» события, которые обозначили истоки политического напряжения между Севером и Югом. Цель статьи заключается в изучение малоисследованных и прежде недооцененных факторов возвышения политической роли лидеров глобального Юга. В центре исследования – роль пандемии Covid-19, климатической проблемы и глобальной бедности в росте политической субъектности властвующих элит стран Глобального Юга. Вышеописанные гуманитарные катастрофы оформили общность интересов лидеров незападного мира перед лицом политических эгоизмов стран Запада. Мы доказываем, что рост самосознания и субъектности политических лидеров глобального Юга обусловлен не реакцией развивающихся стран на российско-украинский конфликт. Корни растущего недовольства современным международным порядком уходят во времена пандемии Covid-19 и вызванных ею проблем, в первую очередь бедности и долгового бремени. Авторы дают посильное описание термина «глобальный Юг» и рассмотрение ключевых интерпретаций данного понятия в контексте стремительно меняющегося мирового порядка.
