Аннотация
В статье анализируется инструментарий современных элитологических исследований, развитие которого в последние десятилетия позволяет говорить о последовательном формировании элитистской парадигмы в современной политической науке. В этих рамках репрезентируется существенная активизация элитно-управленческого воздействия на современные глобальные процессы через механизмы социального конструктивизма, опирающегося на глобальные инновации. Детализируются, с одной стороны, поиски нового позиционирования традиционных и консервативно-ориентированных элит. А, с другой, – формирование и выход на новые рубежи позиционирования новых элитных групп и их сообществ.
В работе дается методологическое осмысление современного состояния развития элитологической науки, выявляются ее наиболее перспективные векторы и направления. Автор предлагает по-новому взглянуть на целый ряд традиционных проблем, найти новые способы и пути их решения. Исследование содержит в себе переосмысление ранее уже высказанных автором идей, с учетом нового исторического контекста и развертывания современных глобальных инноваций.
