Аннотация
В современном динамично изменяющемся мире проблематика исследований феномена транснациональных элит (ТНК-элиты) остается одной из приоритетных. Нарождающиеся новые мирохозяйственный и технологический уклады объективно размывают национальные границы, транснациональные корпорации и их элиты трансформируются в «глобальный» сегмент мировой геополитики и геоэкономики.
Достижение всеобъемлющего глобального доминирования во всех сферах жизнедеятельности позволяет рассматривать ТНК-элиты в качестве важнейших негосударственных акторов мировой политической системы. Одновременно, с использованием накопленных геоэкономических ресурсов создается геофинансовое пространство, особое место в котором занимает финансовый капитал, финансовые потоки и фиктивный капитал. Сформировались геополитические коммерческие реальности - геоэкономический и геофинансовый мир.
Современные интернет-технологии приводят к формированию новой разновидности элит - «цифровая элита», а последние - сверхновый виртуальный геополитический мир. Глобальные ТНК, не имея границ, характеризуются всеобъемлющим характером. Цифровые и информационные технологии располагают практически безграничными ресурсами и возможностями формирования виртуальных социально-экономических отношений, виртуальной мировой экономики, виртуальных денег, фиктивного и виртуального капитала.
В результате создаются суперновые информационные сетевые пространства и новые ценности, которые формируют благоприятную почву для процветания постмодернистской философии. Поэтому нарождающаяся «цифровая элита», как новая геополитическая реальность, должна нести ответственность за объективное философское понимание общественной жизни нового мира.
