Аннотация

Политическая элитология занимается не только историей развития элит, но и эмпирикой конкретных изменений в их повседневной реальности. Мониторинг политических элит позволяет выявлять не только динамику их профессионального развития, но также смену занимаемых статусных позиций в административно-политической иерархии, вектор общего тактического движения, установить смену или стабильность их ценностных приоритетов. Наиболее рельефно состояние общенациональной элиты проявляется в сравнении элит федерального и регионального уровней, особенно в том, как элиты участвуют в политических процессах и насколько эффективно решают вызовы своего времени.
Настоящая работа посвящена анализу современных элитологических исследований в освещении ими проблемы современного состояния российских политических элит. Современной политической элитологии приходится исследовать различные группы сообществ элит, которые сосуществуют друг с другом в современном государстве – это региональная, локальная, национальная, транснациональная, глобальная. У каждой группы имеются свои цели, задачи, мотивы, ресурсы. И все это многообразие приходится всегда учитывать и соотносить друг с другом. Элитологические исследования, как правило, захватывают несколько групп, что затрудняет формирование целостной картины политического мира элит. Преодолеть этот недостаток отчасти призвана настоящая работа.
