Аннотация
Статья посвящена вопросам транзита власти от лидера нации к национальной политической элите Республики Казахстан. Актуальность данной тематики обусловлена незавершенностью данного процесса, а события января 2022 г. являются неопровержимым доказательством. Автор анализирует перераспределение властных полномочий в стране после почти тридцатилетнего правления Н.А. Назарбаева. Изучение отдельных аспектов транзита власти, позволяет выявить скрытый конфликт между элитными группами, привлекший к трагическим январским событиям и грозивший политической дестабилизацией страны. В целом анализируя некоторые аспекты транзита власти в Республики Казахстан, можно констатировать, что К.К Токаев по всем формальным признакам обладает всей полнотой власти прописанной в конституции страны, переходный период двоевластия остался в прошлом. При этом, процесс аннулирования рычагов экономического влияния элитных групп экс-президента нельзя считать завершенным, что в целом сильно не влияет на проведение реформ, направленных на политическую трансформацию и достижение основ социальной справедливости в обществе.
