Война элит всегда являлась наиболее реальной формой реализации геополитических проектов, но всегда тщательно скрывалась от публичной сферы. Такие войны часто именовались, как «война теней». В настоящее же время такая война актуализировалась настолько, что вышла из теневых политических зон на мировую авансцену и стала открытой. Западные политические элиты перестали скрывать, что их главная цель в уничтожении неугодных лидеров своих противников. Цель такой войны – системное уничтожение представителей элитных групп, чтобы внести хаос в действия противника и разрушить управляемость его системы обороны и наступления. В настоящей работе автором используется в основном эмпирический материал, одномоментно снятый с новостных лент мировых информационных агентств. Большинство сообщений в СМИ о военных действиях касались элиты и их политических лидеров. Автором было зафиксировано поведение политических элит в конкретный момент новейшей политической истории. Использование метода анализа эмпирического материала позволяет выявить скрытые от публичной политики стороны поведения субъектов враждующих элитных групп. Эти скрытые «схемы» ранее могли не попадать в поле зрения политической элитологии и быть вне рамок ее системного анализа.
The war of elites has always been the most realistic form of implementing geopolitical projects, but it has always been carefully concealed from the public sphere. Such wars were often referred to as “shadow wars.” However, in recent times, this type of wars has become so prevalent that it has emerged from the shadows of politics and into the public eye. Western political elites have stopped hiding that their primary goal is to eliminate unwanted leaders of their adversaries. The objective of this type of wars is to systematically eliminate members of elite groups in order to wreak havoc on the adversaries actions and destroy the control of his defense and offensive systems. In this work, the author mainly uses empirical material that was simultaneously taken from the news feeds of global news agencies. Most of the media reports about military operations focused on the elite and their political leaders. The author recorded the behavior of political elites at a specific moment in recent political history. The use of the empirical material analysis method makes it possible to identify aspects of the behavior of conflicting elite group actors that remain hidden from public policy. These hidden "schemes" may not have previously been part of political elitology or have stayed out its systematic analysis.
