Сущность политических элит проявляется не только в том, какие правильные слова они произносят в публичной сфере большой политики, но и в том, как они на практике реализуют эти свои замыслы. И вот здесь часто возникают проблемы, поскольку у многих элит слова расходятся с их делами и они редко когда признают свои ошибки, зато охотно говорят о своим достижениях. Особую важность приобретает аудит, который позволяет выяснить истинное положение дел. МТК «Север – Юг» оптимизирует мировую логистику. наводит экономический порядок на сложном евразийском интеграционном пространстве, придает ему динамичное развитие и открывает новые перспективы перед правящими здесь политическими элитами. В настоящей работе рассматривается текущее положение дел в реализации проекта МТК «Север – Юг»; дается оценка решениям и практикам правительств стран, заинтересованных в реализации этого проекта. Отмечается, что реализация этого проекта приведет к ослаблению влияния коллективного Запада и усилению позиций евразийского партнерства. Именно это евразийское партнерство мыслиться ими как залог их стабильности и безопасности.
The essence of political elites is revealed not only in the correct words they utter in the public sphere of big politics, but also in how they implement these plans in practice. And this is where problems often arise, as many elites' words diverge from their actions and they rarely admit their mistakes, while readily touting their achievements. An audit, which allows for the true state of affairs to be revealed, is particularly important. The North-South International Transport Corridor optimizes global logistics, brings economic order to the complex Eurasian integration space, fosters its dynamic development, and opens new prospects for the political elites ruling there. This paper examines the current state of affairs in the implementation of the North-South International Transport Corridor project and evaluates the decisions and practices of governments of countries interested in its implementation. It is noted that the implementation of this project will weaken the influence of the collective West and strengthen the position of the Eurasian partnership. It is this Eurasian partnership that they see as the key to their stability and security.
